NLAR Autopayments

What is NLAR Auto Pay?

  • NLAR members can securely store their credit card on their profile and have all invoices paid automatically using the stored card. 
  • Members who sign up for Auto Pay will receive their invoice via email each month as normal. 
  • The payment of that invoice will be applied to your card automatically on the due date!   

 

Reasons to Register for NLAR Auto Pay

  1. Convenience.  Once you register for auto pay, no action will be required on your end.  
  2. Never miss a payment.   Registering for auto pay will ensure that your invoices are always paid on time.  Avoid late fees and suspension of services by using auto pay!    
  3. Secure.   Your card information is safe and secure.  Your payment profile is stored by Stripe - one of the largest and most trusted companies in the online payment industry.  (See link below)
  4. Efficiency.  Using auto pay will allow your association to run more effectively - and allow staff to focus on other member needs.  

How do I register for Auto Pay?

It is very easy to register!  There are 2 options - both equally simple to complete.  The only difference is how you set up your payment profile.  

 

Setting up your Payment Profile

 

Option 1

  1. All NLAR invoices contain a payment link directly on the invoice Submit payment online here 
  2. Use this link to pay your invoice - there will be an option on this screen to "securely and conveniently store card".   
  3. Click this box and your stored payment profile has been created! 

Option 2

  1. Log into our new member portal, "My NLAR".  You can access this through the NLAR dashboard (use buttons below for links).
  2. From the dashboard, select the "My NLAR" or "Pay My Bill" tile to access the member portal. 
  3. Select "My Billing Info" - then "Autopay & Billing".   . 
  4. Under the payment profile option - using the "+"  button, create your payment profile by adding your credit card information. 

Registering for Auto Pay

  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 from Option 2 above
  2. Under "Membership Billing" - click on the "Manage Autopay" button. 
  3. From this screen, select "All membership items" or "Only required membership items"
  4. On the same screen, select the payment profile you have created.  
  5. Click "Done" at the bottom of the page.   
  6. Your registration for autopay is now complete!
