This Pre-Licensing Application form is to be used when applying for one the the three streams of pre-license education. For people entering the industry for the first time, you will be applying for a Salesperson licence after completing the Fundamentals of Real Estate program, so please select that choice.

If you are already a salesperson and are interested in become a real estate broker, select the Office Management and Brokerage.

If you are currently licenced in another Canadian jursidiction, either as a broker or salesperson, please select Reciprocity.

Pre-Licensing: Reciprocity $350.00 One-Time Fee

Select this course if you currently hold a real estate licence in another jurisdiction and want to transfer to Newfoundland and Labrador.
