Prior to activation of your membership you are required to upload a copy of your real estate licence provided by the Department of Digital Government and Service NL (DGSNL). After approval of your membership, you will receive a letter from NLAR acknowledging receipt and approval of your application to provide to DGSNL as proof of coverage under NLAR's Errors and Omissions Insurance program.
