John Hynes, Broker and President of Goldstone Real Estate Solutions Inc. has been in the real estate industry now for over 20 years and has experience in almost every aspect of real estate whether it’s management, sales, leasing, investing or consulting.

He has served as a non-voting Director on several condominium boards throughout the City of St John’s and is well versed in all aspects of condominiums. He is a  member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Realtors (NLAR), the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).  Membership in these organizations ensures a strict code of ethics, professionalism and accountability. It  also provides John with up-to-date information on all aspects of the local, provincial and national real estate scenes and provides personal and professional education seminars.
