I have been a licensed Realtor for the past 8 years and work under the BlueKey Realty colours.  Previously with Hanlon Realty as one of their Top 10 Realtors.  Known by most as Sue, I have worked for 34 years as an Office Manager and Legal Assistant at local law firms specializing in all facets of real estate closings including major developments, commercial buildings, residential homes, and vacant land in rural areas.  This unique skill set, experience and viewpoint are an asset to her clients, and will be an asset to the Board too.  My husband and I raised our son and daughter in the St. John’s neighborhood where I grew up, and I have volunteered for years with their activities including as Vice-President of the Cowan Heights Elementary School Counsel; Female Rep on the St. John’s Minor Hockey Board; Eastern Zone coordinator for Hockey NL; and Team Rep for the EasternEdge Women’s Hockey League.  I currently sit on the NLAR Board of Directors and enjoy being part of the ground roots of the association.
